Being prepared for your exam helps make that possible.rnrn-If you are on any prescription medications, please be sure to take your medications the day of the exam, and bring a list of your medications with you.rn-If you have a heart condition (history of heart attack, stroke, stent placement, pacemaker, open heart surgery, etc), you will be required to have a clearance letter from your cardiologist. DOT guidelines may also require additional testing based on your condition. Give us a call prior to your exam, so we can assist you making sure you have everything needed for a quick certification!rn-If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, please bring a copy of your latest Hemoglobin A1C test, along with a list of your medications. We will be happy to perform the testing for you, or contact your primary care provider for records, but this will delay your certification.rn-Call our clinic at any time if you have questions about the exam.

We are able to write orders for imaging, including xray, ultrasound, CT & MRI. We will review the results and refer you for the necessary management if needed.
A minor burn affects the outer layer of the skin and can be red, swollen and painful. Hot liquids, fire, chemicals and even the sun can cause a minor burn. We can assess your burn and recommend the proper pain reliever or cream. We can also prescribe antibiotics if the burn is infected and provide a tetanus shot if needed.

Tdap is a combination vaccine that protects against three potentially life-threatening bacterial diseases: tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). Td is a booster vaccine for tetanus and diphtheria. It does not protect against pertussis.
